Volunteering

As a charity we have a specific need for volunteers, which can help us develop our services while also giving them the chance to gain experience within the third sector, pick up qualifications (such as a Level 3 Safeguarding children certificate) and work with people from all walks of life.

Impact of volunteers

The volunteers at The CELLS Project all have a great eye for details and are passionate about what we do, meaning that any task given to them is done efficiently yet with great care.

What volunteers can do

We have multiple roles for volunteers, yet we allow volunteers to find their feet first before they are given a designated role, therefore they can observe awareness days, shadow mentoring sessions (if they are also training for their Level 2 Mentoring qualification) and be a friendly face for the children of our youth club.

How to get involved

If you are interested in being involved with your local community, working with children or have lived experience that you think is relevant to share with CELLS please get in touch today!

Additionally, if you are a University student looking for a placement within the third sector please email us to discuss this further.
